I don't seem to find a solution for this.ĬloudberryPi wrote:Has anyone succeeded using Raspberry Pi as a torrentbox with decent speeds? My cpu usage is near 100% all the time, mostly used up by ntfs-mount and deluge.Īny kind of help is appreciated. I've tried googling alot, and I don't seem to find an answer, is it even possible to get Raspberry Pi download faster than this _consistently_? Has anyone succeeded using Raspberry Pi as a torrentbox with decent speeds? I've tried everything, changing ports, disabling encryption, turning every possible bandwidth selection to unlimited, buying a new 2.1A power source for my Pi, etc. Most of the time I get fluctuating download speeds from 0-200kB/s, averaging probably around 70 kB/s or so. When I add a torrent to Deluge, I usually get 1.1MB/s download speeds for a while, but eventually it slows down to below 200kB/s. My Raspberry Pi is B+ running Raspbian from the NOOBS setup.
I have a 10/10mb network connection, attached to the Pi with a network cable I didn't want to start a new thread, since I think I have the same problem.
